About Louise

Louise brings together her experience as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist and years as a Food and Nutrition teacher and teacher trainer at leading universities.


Her busy career in education brought her to yoga 17 years ago, as a way of managing stress and to recover from knee, shoulder and wrist injuries. Without a bendy background in dance or gymnastics, she knows what it is like to join a class and be inflexible, but how much more there is to be gained from yoga than looking good in the postures.

She has a passion for yoga, food and health and is able to inspire people to work towards improving their own health in a holistic practical way.
